Terms and Conditions
1. Conditions of Order
Prices quoted on the online shop are FOB Ontario shipping depots (e.g. Canada Post Office ), Canada. After order and taxes are paid in full with Visa or Master Card credit card, in-stock merchanises will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days.
Your placement of an order via the web site is an offer to purchase our products. Nautic Devices Inc may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order. In such situation we will notify you using the email address or other contact information you provided with your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by us until the product has been shipped.
You must provide a physical shipping address. We may not be able to ship to Post Office Box.
2. Intellectual Property
All information and content that you see on the web site are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark and other laws and belong to Nautic Devices Inc.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nautic Devices Inc. be liable to the buyer or to any third party for any indirect, consequential, or incidential damages arising out of or related to our products, services, and/or use of the web site.
Nautic Devices Inc's sole obligation and liability for product defects shall be to replace or repair such defective product or, at Nautic Devices Inc.'s option, to refund to customer the amount paid by customer. In no event shall Nautic Devices Inc's liability exceed the buyer's purchase price.
4. Out of Stock
The shopping cart should prohibit sale of products that are out of stock. If for any reason the order is placed with out-of-stock items, Nautic Devices Inc. will either refund the order in full, or notify the customer of schedule of delivery.
5. Return Policy
All returns should be made within 7 days of arrival and with a reason for the return. Return shipping charge must be prepaid. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Contact Nautic Devices Inc. to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning the product.
