Yapalong 3000 unit – 2 years from date of purchase, covers manufacturing defects and product failure under normal usage, following instructions as described in the user’s guide.

Return Policy

Please contact us for Return-Merchandise-Authorization (RMA) number. Product must be returned with a RMA, shipping pre-paid to the following address. Under the warranty period, we will replace or repair our product. Shipping and handling costs for replacement merchandise will be charged to the customer.

Product purchased from distributors should be returned to the distributor.
